The decision to enter into therapy takes courage. When life feels painful or unfulfilling and there is no clear path to healing, therapy can offer a guide. The goal of therapy is to identify what is not working in your life and find solutions, including new ways of knowing or understanding yourself so you can work toward resolution and fulfillment. I help the client to identify beliefs and defense mechanisms that are destructive and work to change them. The focus of my work is empowering the client to lead a more peaceful and rewarding life.
